Employees of the AGROMIR Group of Companies continue to confidently expand their professional horizons at the international level. Microbiologist Irina Krasilnikova, logistics specialist Azamat Olimov, as well as specialists Firuz Bakhriev and Firdavs Bakhriev, successfully completed an internship at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU) within a project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia. The program included training sessions, practical workshops, and exposure to advanced European technologies in the food industry and sector digitalization.
During the visit, participants mastered modern approaches to food processing, sensory analysis, and quality control methods, studied innovative packaging materials and laboratory technologies. In addition, they took part in a hackathon on food sector digitalization, where they worked on solutions based on the Design Thinking approach and explored the possibilities of applying AI and IT tools in production processes.
