Production process

    Fruits are harvested in the gardens of Uzbekistan.

    Fruits are carefully sorted, selecting only the ripest, juiciest and tastiest fruits for making juice.

    The selected fruits are thoroughly washed, being cleaned of dust and accidental particles.

    The fruits are ground to a homogeneous mass. Next, the juice is squeezed out of the fruit mass.

    The water is evaporated from the juice and then filtered. This is how the concentrate is obtained.
  • The concentrate is stored in aseptic bags in barrels.

  • The concentrated juice is reduced with water and brought to uniformity in special homogenizer apparatuses.

  • Air and oxygen bubbles are removed from the reconstituted juice, and then heat treatment is carried out.

  • The juice is bottled in a package with six degrees of protection, preserving all the useful properties of the product.
